The Lee College Physical Plant includes 37 buildings with a combined area of 674,672 gross-square feet. The main campus is situated on 49 acres.
The role of the Physical Plant Department is to help plan, design, build, create, maintain, and operate an environment conducive to teaching and learning.
The Physical Plant Department provides these essential services: MEP maintenance and operation, utilities distribution, building maintenance and operation, custodial services, grounds maintenance, transportation services, moves and set-ups, and manages building design and construction services.
Maintenance Services
The primary goal for Maintenance Services is to support Lee College in its mission of providing quality education. Facilities that are in good repair and operating properly provide a comfortable environment that helps support the educational experience.Maintenance services are provided to all Lee College facilities.
These services are provided as needed, as requested by customers and as determined by the preventative maintenance program. We also manage all the building, design, renovation, planning, and construction services.
