Logistics and Supply Chain involve the movement of supplies, materials, and people from one place to another to satisfy consumers' essential needs. All businesses rely on logistics and/or supply chain professionals to maintain their inventory and keep it moving to the right destination.
The Logistics Program at Lee College Huntsville Center is different from other programs because we are much more than a classroom. We are hands-on and well-equipped so that students receive first-hand experience and mentorship from instructors. The Logistics Program has a highly qualified instructor with over 25 years of experience in Business Logistics and Business Administration.
Career Opportunities in logistics include transportation managers, storage and distribution managers, postmasters and mail superintendents, logisticians, industrial engineers, first-line supervisors of production and operating workers, and transportation managers.
