ABILITY: The actual skill portion of tryouts will be based on what is performed by each individual participant.
ATTITUDE: Having a good attitude and showing a fun and bright personality is what we are looking for.
VOICE: How clearly you can say the cheers/chants and how your voice projects and carries.
PRESENTATION: How you come dressed or hold yourself during tryouts.
INTERVIEW: A brief interview (1-2 questions) will be part of tryouts to assess personality, communication, and how you present yourself. Cheerleaders represent the program publicly, so confidence and interaction skills matter.
